Present were Supervisors Beise, Eckblad, McDougall, Deitering, Kjome and Clerk McDougall. Agenda A motion was made by Supervisor Eckblad and seconded by Supervisor Deitering to adopt the agenda as printed. Motion carried unanimously. Minutes A motion was made by Supervisor Eckblad and seconded by Supervisor Deitering to approve the June 6, 2017 minutes as printed. Motion carried unanimously. Continued Items None New Items Michael Mitchell Eaton Ave. SE Industrial Park C.U.P. for office and garage and Sewage Treatment System Michael Mitchell was present to request Board approval for a Conditional Use Permit in the Industrial Park for two buildings for office and storage space. Supervisor Eckblad reviewed the plans and noted drainage and erosion concerns. A motion was made by Supervisor McDougall and seconded by Supervisor Deitering to give concept approval pending Mitchell obtain a plan that shows the additional inlet protections and additional erosion control. The plan will be forwarded to Supervisor Eckblad for his approval prior to meeting with the county. Motion carried by a unanimous vote. Stephen Krause 2604 Ebersole Ave. SE C.U.P. to allow commercial storage buildings (18 rental units) storage space/offices Stephen Krause was present to request Board approval for a Conditional Use Permit for commercial storage buildings to include 18 rental units with office space. The Board discussed the placement of silt fencing and erosion control. A motion was made by Supervisor Kjome and seconded by Supervisor McDougall to approve the request pending Krause obtain a plan that shows the additional changes and placement of the erosion control. The plan will be forwarded to Supervisor Eckblad for his approval prior to meeting with the county. Motion carried by a unanimous vote.
