Present were Supervisors Beise, Eckblad, Deitering, Kjome and Clerk McDougall. Supervisor McDougall was excused. Agenda A motion was made by Supervisor Eckblad and seconded by Supervisor Deitering to adopt the agenda as printed. Motion carried unanimously. Minutes A motion was made by Supervisor Eckblad and seconded by Supervisor Deitering to approve the May 16, 2017 minutes as printed. Motion carried unanimously. Continued Items None New Items Kelley Suggs 2354 Eaton Ave. SE Variance to allow 2 horses and 1 pony on less than 4 acres The Board discussed changes from the original request. Suggs was not present to discuss the changes. A motion was made by Supervisor Deitering and seconded by Supervisor Eckblad to table this item until the next meeting to discuss. Motion carried by a unanimous vote. Tim Hanson 717 Hansack Ave. SE Variance to expand an existing dwelling with a 24x32 two-story addition Stephanie Hanson was present to request Board approval for a variance for an addition. The Board discussed the location of the addition and noted it would not be further south or closer to the lake. A motion was made by Supervisor Eckblad and seconded by Deitering to approve the Variance request. The Board reviewed the plans presented and noted this would not be closer to the lake. Motion carried by a unanimous vote. Jason Leibold 28th St. SE Conditional Use Permit to allow outside storage of equipment and material related to a tree trimming/removal business until a building is constructed Jason Leibold was present to request Board approval for his tree trimming and removal business. Leibold stated this would be fenced in for equipment and material storage. The Board discussed the placement of silt fencing. A motion was made by Supervisor Kjome and seconded by Supervisor Deitering to approve the request pending Leibold obtain a plan that shows the placement of the erosion control. The plan will be forwarded to Supervisor Eckblad for his approval prior to meeting with the county. Motion carried by a unanimous vote.
