The Township needs the following information if you are going to be seen in front of the Board for a Conditional Use Permit or a Variance.
- Sketch or aerial map of your property(noting all related distances)
- Proposed Plan describing what the CUP or Variance is for.
- Will there be any employees if so then how many?
- How much traffic will there be on the road to this property(estimate vehicles per day)?
- Will this effect your neighbors? If so how?
All information should be brought in to the clerk the week before the meeting to be distributed to the Board members.
